Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor

On 11-28-09 at 6:18P.M., Patrol Deputies assigned to the City of Green responded to the Hampton Inn on S. Arlington Rd. after receiving reports of a 13 year old female being in a room with a 27 year old male for purpose of sex.  Deputies found the suspect, Rowell Santiago, age 27, of New Jersey, in the swimming pool with the 13 year old female and a 14 year old female. 

 Mr. Santiago admitted to having sex with the 14 year old but not the 13 year old.  He also provided marijuana and alcohol to both.  He was arrested for Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a minor and was booked into the Summit County Jail.  More charges are pending.
