SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR FELONIOUS ASSAULT On January 25, 2010, sheriff’s deputies investigated a felonious assault in the City of Green. At 4:45 P.M. two juvenile males drove to Hunter Hills Drive. The passenger’s father Kamal Dameh, age 40, became enraged that his son, age 14, was arriving home later than he was supposed to. Mr. Dameh used his vehicle to repeatedly ram the boy’s vehicle. Dameh exited his vehicle and began punching his son in the face as he was sitting in the passenger seat. He dragged him out of the car and continued to assault him. After assaulting his son, Mr. Dameh climbed onto the hood of his vehicle which was crashed into the driver’s side door. He then began to punch and kick the driver, age 17, in the face. Both boys were transported to Akron Children’s Hospital. Mr. Dameh was arrested for Felonious Assault and was booked into the Summit County Jail.
