  INFORMATION SOUGHT ON THEFT SUSPECT

Summit County Sheriff’s Deputies are asking for help locating a theft suspect.  The suspect, known as Frank or Kim Tomitz, is a 58-year-old white male who frequents and possibly resides in the northern part of Summit County or southern part of Cuyahoga County.

A Sheriff’s Deputy issued warrants for Forgery, Passing Bad Checks, and Theft after Mr. Tomitz wrote checks to the Summit Animal Hospital in Northfield Center Township on a fraudulent account.

Mr. Tomitz uses alias names and addresses.  He has more than one post office box with fake addresses used on the applications, two cell phones, and fake addresses on his driver’s license and vehicle registrations.

Anyone knowing his whereabouts is asked to call Dep. Wes Dobbins at 330-643-2181.

FOLLOW-UP QUESTIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO INSPECTOR WILLIAM HOLLAND AT 330-643-5091 OR SGT. SCOTT COTTLE AT 330-808-7040.
