Please submit the following information when requesting a Payment History:

NAME
ADDRESS
DAY TIME PHONE
SETS and/or COURT CASE NUMBER
CHILD/CHILDREN NAME(S)
YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
INDICATE PICK UP OR EMAIL DELIVERY

Summit County CSEA no longer mails payment histories. Your payment history will be emailed back to you within three (3) business days.  You may request to pick up your payment history in person at 175 S. Main Street, Akron, OH 44308, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

NOTE: Information submitted must match current CSEA information in order for payment history request to be processed.
