This number allows you to receive payment information on your case 24 hours a day. You can also confirm check, or EFT information and review your balance/ arrears owed. 

Users must enter their Social Security Number. If the user already has established a PIN, they will be prompted to enter their PIN. If they have not established a PIN, they will be prompted to do so.

NOTE: If the user forgets or loses their PIN, they can only request that their PIN be reset by mail or by fax. Phone requests will not be accepted.

Requests may be faxed to (614) 995-7159 or (614) 728-5070, to the Office of Child Support, Attn: PIN Reset.

Requests by mail need to be addressed as follows: Ohio Department of Job and Family Services/Office of Child Support, Attn: IVR PIN Reset, 30 East Broad St., Columbus, OH 43215.

It takes two business days from the day the request is received to process the change.
 

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Call the CSEA to schedule an appointment. Although this is the preferred method to see a specialist, walk-in customers are welcome from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
 
Payment Information:
All child support payments must be mailed directly to Ohio Child Support Payment Central (OCSPC).

Checks mailed to Summit County CSEA will be forwarded to OCSPC, which will delay the payment being posted to your account.  Summit County CSEA cannot post check payments to your account.

Summit County CSEA accepts cash or money order payments only at our payment window Monday though Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:25 PM.  Cash or money order payments received after 1:00 PM will be posted to your account the next business day.

NOTE: If you move or change employment, you must notify CSEA in writing. Be sure to include your name, SETS number, and the other party's name. Please note that submitting a change of address to the post office will not change your address with CSEA. You must notify CSEA directly.
