This number allows you to receive payment
information on your case 24 hours a day. You
can also confirm check, or EFT information
and review your balance/ arrears owed.
Users must enter their Social Security Number.
If the user already has established a PIN, they
will be prompted to enter their PIN. If they
have not established a PIN, they will be
prompted to do so.
NOTE: If the
user forgets or loses their PIN, they can only
request that their PIN be reset by mail or by fax. Phone
requests will not be accepted.
Requests may be
faxed to (614) 995-7159 or (614) 728-5070,
to the Office of Child Support, Attn: PIN
Reset.
Requests by mail need to be addressed as
follows: Ohio Department of Job and Family
Services/Office of Child Support, Attn: IVR

43215.
It takes two business days from the day
the request is received to process the
change.
