Judge Teodosio Fills Administrative Posts

Summit County Juvenile Court Judge Linda Tucci Teodosio has nearly completed her administrative Table of Organization with several hirings.

Top administrators are: Robert Bickett, who leaves the Prosecutor’s Office to become Finance Director; David Bailey, a longtime administrator with the Sheriff’s Office and Executive’s Office, is the Director of Detention and Security Operations; David Horner, the Deputy Director of Administrative Services in the Executive’s Office, has been named the Assistant Court Administrator.

Christine Rees has been brought on as Judicial Attorney. She is a former Juvenile Court Public Defender and Prosecutor for the City of Stow. Lisa Hawes will continue as Judge Teodosio’s Bailiff, coming with her from Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court. The new Director of Information and Technology is Todd Schauffler, Pamela Dunaway is now Chief Deputy Clerk and Rita Rochford is Coordinator of the Citizens Review Board.

“I feel very good about the individuals who have agreed to join me at Juvenile Court,” said Judge Teodosio. “Each of them brings a level of experience and professionalism that that will help advance the goals of this court.”
