Summit County Executive Russell M. Pry, Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce to Host Economic Development Forum

On Wednesday, September 3, 2008, at 1:30 p.m., Summit County Executive Russell M. Pry, in partnership with the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce, will be hosting a Sharing Resources to Better Economic Development Forum at the Barlow Community Center, located at 41 South Oviatt Street in Hudson. The forum will allow citizens to meet with public officials and participate in a discussion about economic development in the City of Hudson.

Joining Executive Pry on this forum will be the following invited guests:

 City of Hudson Mayor William A. Currin
 State of Ohio Treasurer Richard Cordray
 County of Summit Director of Community and Economic Development Connie Krauss
 Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce Chairman Sheila Miklos
 Summit Workforce Solutions Executive Director Chuck Byrd

Citizens who attend this event will have an opportunity to learn more about the programs and services local and state public officials are offering in an effort to improve economic development in the City of Hudson.
