Summit County Executive Russell M. Pry Hosts Networking Event to Benefit Mobile Meals, Inc.


On Thursday, March 27, 2008, Summit County Executive Russell M. Pry hosted a Change for Change after work, networking gathering to benefit Mobile Meals, Inc. The event was held at Rockne’s Pub, located at 7 Merriman Road in Akron, and raised $846 in tips and donations.

Mobile Meals, Inc. is an organization that is dedicated to providing quality meals and nutrition services to individuals of all ages who are at nutritional risk.

Change for Change is a monthly networking program. All of the tips earned, by the Rockne’s Pub serving staff, are donated to a predetermined charity and/or cause. Future events and participating charities will be announced.
