Summit County Executive Russell M. Pry to Host Bridging the Gap Community Forum in Cuyahoga Falls

On Saturday, August 23, 2008, beginning at 9 a.m. and running through 11 a.m., Summit County Executive Russell M. Pry will be hosting a Bridging the Gap community forum at the Cuyahoga Falls Quirk Cultural Center, located at 1201 Grant Avenue in Cuyahoga Falls.

Programming experts from Executive Pry’s Department of Job and Family Services will be on-site to meet with citizens and discuss their eligibility for: cash benefits, child care, employment resources, kinship care, repairs and expenses, supportive services and much more.

In addition to the Summit County Executive’s Office, representatives from the following community organizations will be hosting information booths: Akron Urban League, Goodwill Industries, Info-Line, Metro Regional Transit Authority, Ohio Benefit Bank, Summit County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board, Summit County General Health District, Summit County Office of Consumer Affairs, Summit County Veterans Service Commission and more.
