Summit County Executive James B. McCarthy To Present State of the County Address Summit County Executive James B. McCarthy will deliver his annual State of the County Address on Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at 11:45 a.m. For the sixth year, the Akron Press Club will sponsor the event/luncheon at the Martin University Center, located at 105 Fir Hill in downtown Akron. The cost of the program is $15 for the general public and $10 for members of the Akron Press Club.
