Executive Pry to Sponsor Community Outreach Program at Richfield Branch Library

On Thursday, December 13, 2007, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Summit County Executive Russell M. Pry will sponsor a community outreach program titled, Government at Your Service at the Akron-Summit County Public Library, Richfield Branch, located at 3761 South Grant Street, Richfield, Ohio 44286.

Government at Your Service is designed to inform the public of the wide array of services the County of Summit offers to its citizens, such as: child care services, emergency management programs, prescription medication discounts, housing assistance opportunities, senior initiatives and much more.

Representatives from the Summit Akron Solid Waste Management Authority (SASWMA), Summit County Clerk of Court’s Daniel M. Horrigan’s Office, Summit County Engineer Greg Bachman’s Office, Summit County Executive Russell M. Pry’s Office, the Summit County Office of Consumer Affairs and Summit County Sheriff Drew Alexander’s Office will be present to provide citizens with information about additional programs, services and opportunities.

“Attending a Government at Your Service event is a great way to find out what programs and services are available,” said Summit County Executive Russell M. Pry. “Those in attendance will also have an opportunity to interact with representatives, ask questions and voice concerns.”
