Executive Pry To Hold Economic Development Forum In Green

On Monday, August 27, 2007, at 3 p.m., Summit County Executive Russell M. Pry will be hosting a “Sharing Resources To Better Economic Development” forum at the Green Branch Library, located at 4046 Massillon Road in Uniontown, Ohio. The forum will allow citizens to meet with public officials and participate in a discussion about economic development for the City of Green.

Joining Executive Pry on this forum will be Summit County Department of Community and Economic Development Director Patrick J. D’Andrea and the following invited elected officials:

• U.S. Congressman Tim Ryan;
• State Treasurer Richard Cordray;
• State Senator Tom Sawyer;
• State Representative Stephen Dyer;
• Summit County Council Member Paula Prentice; and
• City of Green Councilman Andy Padrutt.

“Citizens who attend this event will learn more about the programs and services local, state and federal public officials are offering in an effort to improve economic development in the community of Green,” said Summit County Executive Russell M. Pry.
