Summit County Department of Environmental Services Representative To Speak In Columbus


On Wednesday, April 25, 2007, from 9 – 9:30 a.m., Bob Hollis, the deputy director of operations for Summit County Executive James B. McCarthy’s Department of Environmental Services, will be speaking at the Ohio Water Environment Association’s 2007 Collection Systems Specialty Workshop at the University Plaza Hotel and Conference Center, located at 3110 Olentangy River Road in Columbus.

Hollis will be speaking on the County of Summit’s experience in completing a self-audit of the collection system in the northern part of the county. He will also be informing participants on how to perform a Capacity Management Operation and Maintenance (CMOM) Voluntary Self-Audit of a collection system: a comprehensive process that evaluates engineering, operations, finance, legal, training and information technology aspects of an organization.
