low-to-moderate income households. Eligible applicants must be
non-profit agencies or partnerships between a non-profit agency and a
for-profit developer. Eligible projects must be located within Summit
County.

Housing Advisory Board Loan
Application Information
The County of Summit Housing Advisory Board is now accepting loan
applications on a quarterly basis. Funding will be available for a
period of 18 months in the form of 0% interest loans. Projects must be
for housing that is affordable to households with incomes at or below
80% of the Summit County area median income. Eligible initiatives
include property acquisition, new construction and site development of
single-family and multi- family housing; however, special projects
outside the range of these two categories may be considered for grant
funding at the discretion of the board. Funds will not be awarded to
individuals.
