Board of Appeals

Anyone that is adversely affected by an adjudication order, decision or stop work order issued by the Summit County Building Standards Department has the right of appeal. In compliance with Section 110 of the Ohio Building Code, Summit County offers a local Board of Building Appeals.

The Appeals Board meets the first Thursday of every month at 2:00 PM, provided there is an agenda. See instructions below for further information
