This site was designed to provide helpful information to the people of Summit County and answer some commonly asked questions. The Clerk's office supports the Summit County Court of Common Pleas - General Division, the Ninth District Court of Appeals, the Summit County Domestic Relations Court and the Automobile Title Bureau for the State of Ohio.

Our experienced and dedicated group of men and women have achieved much towards our major goals. Still, there is much more to accomplish and we will be working even harder to bring our services to the citizens of Summit County via the Internet.
