Arrests for Burglary in Progress

 On 12/13/2011, the Summit County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 3533 Dollar Drive in Coventry Township. The homeowner, James Maffei, was arrested and booked into the Summit County Jail. The residence was boarded and secured.

 On 12/15/2011, the Sheriff’s Office responded to a possible burglary in progress at this location. Jeffrey Holley, age 26 of Akron, Jeremy Gollihue, age 25 of Akron, and Sarah Buchanan, age 18 of Copley were located on the property.

 It was determined that they had forced entry into the house and were in the process of removing items. Holley and Gollihue were apprehended inside the house. Buchanan was outside waiting in a vehicle.

 A search of the vehicle uncovered Methamphetamine and various drug paraphernalia. All three were charged with Burglary and booked into the Summit County Jail. Additional charges are pending the outcome of the investigation.
